Another significant milestone before supplying our Portable Acoustic Range (PAR) system to an undisclosed navy.
We have just completed a successful Sea Acceptance Test (SAT) at the customer’s facilities.
Our PAR includes an advanced application of an underwater signal processing system designed to measure the noise radiated by submarines as well as surface vessels. The collected data is recorded for lab use, while the system continuously tracks the measured platforms.
The data can be transmitted in real-time to a remote command and control unit to enable real-time radiated noise processing, analysis, and display, using a wireless LAN Data Link between the measurement buoy and the measured platform.
