Hardware Team Leader
Designing integrated circuits (digital and analog) and leading a technical team
Job Description:
- Digital: Design of high-speed systems and integrated FPGA systems.
- Analog: Design of power supplies, DCDC converters, filters, and power amplifiers for ADC and DAC with high sampling rates.
- Work with advanced testing equipment, write production and testing specifications, and create technical documentation and reports.
- Lead the electronic aspects of projects: circuits, wiring, PCBs, and testing.
- Lead a technical team, providing guidance and oversight in hardware development projects.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in designing digital and analog systems.
- Experience in leading technical teams and hardware projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering – required.
- Familiarity with electronic design tools (ORCAD/xDX designer).
- Project management experience.

NPI Engineer
We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in a challenging role.
Job Description:
- Overseeing and managing the transition process from development to production (NPI).
- Defining and managing part numbers (PNs), raw materials, and products, as well as building and maintaining product structures.
- Creating manufacturing documentation, including setting up BOM for the parent part number, production instructions, assembly drawings, assisting with test procedures, and documenting electrical and/or mechanical drawings.
- Identifying new or alternative materials and components, checking their compatibility with specifications, and approving them.
- Supporting the creation of development prototypes, assisting with production systems, helping to design or define specifications for production facilities and final testing, optimizing production and testing processes, and supporting ECO change requests.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Engineer or Technician in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or another related engineering field.
- Proficiency in ERP Priority – mandatory.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a company that develops and manufactures multidisciplinary systems combining electronics, cables, and mechanics.

Mechanical Engineer
Job Description:
- Join the mechanical development team and interface with development teams, management, and clients.
- Design and develop enclosures for the company’s marine systems.
- Design ruggedized and industrial enclosures for project systems (aerial and ground-based).
- Conduct and/or support thermal, dynamic, and strength analyses.
- Support the design and development of the company’s electronic circuits related to enclosures.
- Understand processes for transitioning from development to production.
- Oversee and manage mechanical production at subcontractors and assembly of components during integration.
- Perform field installations and provide technical support to clients in Israel and abroad.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Electronics Engineer/Technician – Field Support
Job Description:
- Integration and testing of integrated systems according to testing procedures.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the industry in testing, assembly, and installation of electronic systems.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams wiring, and capacitance diagrams and systems wiring diagrams.
- Experience with standard test equipment: Fluke, oscilloscope, signal generator. Experience with optical test equipment (OTDR) – an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and learn new topics.
- Willingness to travel abroad for system installations at client sites.
- Graduate of the Israeli Navy, electronic systems technician, and marine operations – an advantage.

- Lead the definition of the company’s naval product lines
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with operational, technological, and market needs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, including in-depth understanding of comparable global solutions
- Define product requirements in collaboration with defense customers in Israel and abroad
- Work cross-functionally with development, engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams
- Translate operational needs into detailed requirement documents (PRD/MRD)

Job Requirements:

Quality Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the company’s quality policy and ensure product quality meets client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, client requirements, regulations, and international standards.
- Manage the quality assurance team and subcontractors in the quality domain.
